How it works
Not at fault in a car accident?
You are entitled to a replacement rental car paid for by the at-fault party!
So how does it work?
When you contact us, our team will take down details of the accident you’ve been involved in. From there we’ll quickly assess the information you’ve given us and then get a replacement rental car out to you. If you’ve asked us to help you with your vehicle repairs, we’ll also organise for your car to be repaired.
After your car is repaired and ready to go, we’ll organise for the replacement rental car to be picked up. We then send the invoice for the rental car directly to the at-fault party (or their insurer). Payment is then made for the rental car by the at-fault party (or their insurer).
Sometimes we may need to contact you after you’ve got your car back to get your assistance in recovering the invoice amount. If asked, it is important you give us that assistance so that we’re able to recover the invoice amount from the at-fault party.
